New Jersey Builders Assn picks Fannie Mae exec Timothy J. Touhey joined the New Jersey Builders Association last week as executive vice president. Touhey comes to NJBA from Fannie Mae, where he was director of the New York and New Jersey Community Business Centers for eight years. In this role, he established partnerships with lenders, private sector firms, nonprofit organizations and government officials to help solve local housing problems and expand homeownership opportunities.
